Every form you fill in and every page you open leaves a trace, and you deserve to know exactly what we keep, why we keep it, and how long it stays with us.
When you request a quote or book a call, you share your name, work email, phone number, company name, and a short note about your goals. If we end up working together, you may also send project briefs, brand assets, creative files, and guest lists. Separately, our website automatically records technical details such as your IP address, browser type, device, approximate location, and the pages you visit.
Each piece of information has a job. Your details let us respond to your inquiry, shape a proposal around your goals, deliver your project, keep in touch while we work, and keep our website fast, secure, and reliable. Cookies remember your preferences and help us count visits so we can improve the site. You can block or delete them in your browser settings at any time. We honor browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by law.
Here is the short version of our promise: we do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for anything you wouldn't reasonably expect. Our services are meant for businesses and adults, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How We Handle Sharing and Security
We work with a small circle of trusted providers, and each has one defined job. Our email platform delivers our messages, our analytics tool shows us how the site is used, our scheduling and event software manages calls and bookings, and our web host keeps the site online. These providers see only the data they need, are bound by contract to protect it, and may use it only to serve us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, our clients, and the public from fraud or harm. If our business is ever part of a merger or acquisition, your information would stay protected under promises no weaker than these.
We keep inquiry records for 30 days unless we begin working together. Project records are kept for the length of our engagement, then retained only as long as business, tax, or legal obligations require, after which they are securely deleted. We protect what we hold with encrypted connections, access limited to team members who need it, and regular reviews of our security practices. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection. If a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable state and federal law.
Your Rights and How to Reach Us
Your information stays yours. Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and comparable privacy laws in states like Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Texas give you the right to know what personal information we hold, request a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of its sale or sharing. You can also withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any message. We will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email support@heartstouchllc.com. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond in full within 45 days, and we may ask a quick question or two to verify that the request really comes from you. If you would like someone else to act on your behalf, they are welcome to, with your written permission. We will show you what we hold whenever you ask.
