Programs and Follow-Up

Building the Program and Schedule

A program is a promise about how people will spend their time.

We draft the agenda with you, size each session to its topic, and leave room for breaks so attendees can plan their day. Nothing reaches speakers or attendees until you approve the schedule.
We sequence sessions so related topics sit together, and we leave short gaps between them for questions and late arrivals.

Speakers and Registration

Speakers and attendees both need to know what to expect.

Speakers receive an invitation, a written confirmation of their topic and time, and a request for bios and slides by a set date. One contact answers their questions.
The registration form asks only for the information you need, and it can include a field for accommodation requests. Each person receives a confirmation, a reminder, and joining instructions, and replies to attendee questions come from a single address.

Promotion and the Recap

Promotion copy follows the agenda you approved, so every announcement matches the final program. After the event, thank-you messages go to attendees and speakers, and a short feedback survey asks what worked. We share the recording or slides you approve and send you a recap of the attendance figures your platform reports. Hearts Touch cannot promise turnout or survey responses, because people decide for themselves whether to join and reply. Your proposal lists each message and the dates it goes out.
